County mental health programs must prepare and submit a Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan, and Annual Updates, for Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) programs and expenditures. The purpose of the reports is to provide the state and community stakeholders updates on the status of MHSA programs, performance outcomes, and budgets in their county. These reports address each MHSA component: Community Services and Supports (CSS); Capital Facilities and Technology Needs (CF/TN); Workforce Education and Training (WET); Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI); and Innovative Programs (INN).
Most recently, the Shasta County Board of Supervisors adopted the Mental Health Services Act, Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Annual Update on August 16, 2016.
