ANNUAL UPDATES AND THREE-YEAR PLANS

County mental health programs must prepare and submit a Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan, and Annual Updates, for Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) programs and expenditures. These reports provide the state and community stakeholders with updates on the status of MHSA programs, performance outcomes, and budgets in their county.

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors adopted the most recent Annual Update on June 2021. Data reports are in the appendix at the back of the document.
